Refund & Returns Policy

At Kit Cards, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see section 2)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at E-MAIL with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation number (if applicable)

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

5. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@kitcards.uk.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item so we can process your claim quickly

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment account again

  • Contact your payment provider – processing times can vary
